makes 2 - bake 2 frozen pie crusts 1/2 way, 5-7 min at 350
8 eggs
1/2 c milk
1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts pepper
8 oz cheddar cheese
1/2 # thin ham
a little chopped broccoli is optional
french's onions
1. put a few layers of thin deli ham on the pie shell
2. then spread 1/2 the cheese
3. 1/2 container Fr onions on each
Bake 45 min or till set.
